We are delighted to announce the latest winner of our employee incentive programme, the Hales Heroes Draw. Victor, a dedicated care worker from the Sheffield team, has been awarded £1,000 for his exceptional performance and commitment to his role.

Shelly, Registered Manager, spoke highly of Victor, praising his dedication and hard work: “Victor’s service users admire him for going above and beyond his call of duty, and the Sheffield branch is proud to have him as a valued member of their team.

Upon receiving the award, Victor expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him: “This is a piece of a very great news and I am so delighted to receive it. It would not have been possible without your support. Thanks so much. This is a challenge and a motivation to do more and I look forward to always giving my best.”

The Hales Heroes Draw is a monthly incentive programme designed to recognise and reward outstanding care workers. Hales care workers who meet the criteria are entered into the draw for a chance to win £1,000 each month. Additionally, all eligible care workers are awarded the Hales Heroes Award of Excellence badge in recognition of their exceptional performance.
